Shavkat MUZAFFAR ( Shavkat M.Turapov) was born in 1968 in Tashkent – Uzbekistan.
In school-days he engages at fine art studio. After finishing school he studiet at Tashkent Architecture Institute 1985-1993.In 1987-1989 he served in the army. From 1989 till 1993 he worked as architect by historical Islamic memorials of Khorezm region of Uzbekistan at project institute.
With his works he started appearing in press since 1978 and books graphics 1992. He design many books of Uzbek poets and writers just as Aman MUHTAR, Utkir HASHMOV, Ahmadjon MELIBAYEV, Bobur BOBOMURAD, Said ANVAR, Saodat and others.
Since 1998 Shavkat started to participate in art exhibitions held in the Academy of Art of Uzbekistan. He is member of the Artists Union under the Academy of Arts of Uzbekistan. In 2003, 2004 and 2008, 2013 hold personal exhibition his works in Tashkent. In 2008 he award special diploma Academy of Art of Uzbekistan.

Shavkat’s paintings harmonically feature both national and common to all mankind characteristics. The traditional topics of Shavkat’s works such as Believe, Native, Beauty, Love and Hope are portrayed in a new way appealing people to goodness.
In 2012, at the invitation of the U.S. State Department held a creative exhibition in the United States. His works are kept in the Library of Congress US, and in private collections in the USA, Germany, UK, Estonia, Syria, Korea and other countries.
Together with painting he study cartoon. He has been awarded in many national and international cartoon exhibitions (World Press Cartoon- Portugal -2006, 2007, 2008, 2010)
Married, with two children.
