Colors can live in peace. If the world were painted a single color, would not be fun. It’s fun to realize that there are millions of colors living in peace, making our world colorful and interesting. But as human beings is still possible to create so many differences in favor of black or white?
This hall expects cartoons racism and the problems that cause this feeling in the world.

2nd Place: $ 1,000.00 + Book Flicts + Tshirt Brazilcartoon
3rd Place: $ 500.00 + Book Flicts + Tshirt Brazilcartoon
Two Entries: Book Flicts + Tshirt Brazilcartoon
The 30 finalists will receive a copy of the book Flicts Ziraldo.
(Ziraldo kindly donated 30 books to the event)
