REGULATION
The “ASSAPURARI” Cultural Association is announcing a public competition called: FOOD&WINE
to award prizes to authors of satirical cartoons about the world and culture of food and wine on golf courses.
Art.2 Participation in the competition
The competition is open to Italian and international artists aged eighteen and over.
Art.3 Terms and conditions for submitting papers
By Sunday 1 March 2026, authors must send their papers via email to the address

Papers received after this deadline will not be accepted.
Art. 4 Characteristics of the papers
The cartoons must not exceed 30×40 cm in vertical dimensions (maximum 3 works).
The works may be in black and white or color and created using any technique;
The cartoon formats must be in jpg, png or pdf at a resolution no greater than 300 dpi and in any case no lower than 150 dpi.
Art. 5 Composition of the jury
The “ASSAPURARI” Cultural Association will appoint a judging panel composed of figures con-nected to the Italian artistic, cultural, and satirical world.
The judging panel’s decision is final and binding.
Art. 6 Organization and awards
The jury will evaluate the participating works and select twelve finalist authors who will represent the prizes in eighteen golf competitions in as many different clubs;
The twelve finalist authors will be informed by March; The works will be exhibited in the golf clubs on the individual days of the competition;
In each race, the players who register will vote for a cartoon by indicating it on a specific paper support;
At the conclusion of the tournament, in November, and at a specific event, the authors who have ranked in the first three places will be awarded with food and wine products from their producing partners;
Special Mentions are planned;
All awarded works will remain the property of the “ASSA-PURARI” Cultural Association.
Art. 7 Responsibility
The authors assume full responsibility for the content and authenticity of the submitted works and authorize the organizers to publish and exhibit them without further request from them.
The authors of the works grant the Cultural Association “ASSAPURA-RI” the publication and exclu-sive rights to the images free of charge Otherwise the works will be considered donated to the “ASSA-PURARI” Cultural Association.
The authors, however, will retain the copyright towards any third parties who, with prior authori-zation, may request reuse.
The contestant consents to the processing and communication of his/her personal data within the limits and for the purposes of the contest
Art. 8 Acceptance of the competition rules
Participation in the competition implies complete and unconditional acceptance of these rules.
The data collected will be processed in compliance with the provisions of privacy.
Please Note: Submissions without the registration form (completed in its entirety), which can also be typed directly into the email text, along with any attachments, will not be considered for the nomination, but will still be exhibited during the even The FOOD&WINE competition is in its THIRD edition and is one of the initiatives that the “ASSA-
PURARI” Cultural Association reserves for the world of artists.
This is a competition aimed at cartoonists who wish to express their ironic and amusing point of view on the world and culture of wine on golf courses. It is open to anyone who wants to get involved and showcase their talent (the only requirement is being of legal age).
