Regulation:

1).The contest is open to all cartoonists all over the world.
2).The deadline for entries is August 15, 2015
3).The themes of the competition:
a) MADE IN CHINA
b) FREE
4).The number of sent works is maximum 6 (each theme).
5).You can in white and black or in color.
6).The size of works will not exceed 60 x 80 cm maximum.
7).Participant send electronic edition( JEPG, 300dpi) to: zjjxnnsg@126.com . If you works to be selected, you send the original works to us.
8).THE PRIZES :
a) Excellent Prize (30 places): USD 500 , Medal, Diploma, Catalogue
b) Nomination Prize: Diploma, Catalogue
c) Prizes offered by various institutions.
9).Participants be requested to send, together with their cartoons, a short curriculum vitae and a photograph.
10).The selected cartoonists will receive free a catalogue.
11).The jury composed of cartoonists and artists.
12).The results will be announced in the month of November of 2015.
13).The organization is reserved the right of exhibiting those works.
14).Participants are considered to have accepted all the conditions.
