RULES

Following the announcement of the contest results, we made some observations regarding two of the winning cartoons.
We determined that one winning artwork had previously received an award, and the other was a re-submission of the same main idea that had previously won an award.
In accordance with the contest rules, we have cancelled the awards for both cartoons.

– Third Prize : Ali Miraee, USA

– Mention : Oleksiy Kustovsky, Ukraine

– Mention : Engin Selçuk, Turkey

– Mention : Biling Ba, China

– Jury Special Prize: Kazanevsky Vladimir, Ukraine
