4th International Cartoon Festival of Al-Quds (Quds) Day 2026

• Competition Themes:

1. Main Section: Palestine and Quds

2. Special Section: The Defeat of the Zionist Regime in the 12-Day War with Iran

• Regulations:

1. Each cartoonist may submit up to 3 artworks per theme (maximum of 6 artworks in total).

2. Submitted cartoons must be in A4 size, JPG format, with 300 dpi resolution.

3. Technique is free.

4. Files must be named in English as follows:
   Artist’s Full Name – Artwork Number – Mobile Phone Number (including country code).

5. The Secretariat recognizes the sender as the creator of the submitted work. If proven otherwise, the artwork will be disqualified.

6. Cartoons must not have received awards in other festivals. If this rule is violated, the work will be disqualified and any awarded prize will be withdrawn.

7. Artworks generated using artificial intelligence will not be accepted.

8. Works from both sections will be judged together.

9. The Festival Secretariat reserves the right to use submitted artworks in any manner.

10. All participants will receive a certificate of participation.

11. Submission of artwork implies acceptance of the competition rules.

• Awards:

The top three winners will receive a Diploma of Honor and Iranian handicrafts.
