اعتذار من مهرجان فريكارتونز ويب الدولي في الصين

بناء على خطاب موجّه من موقع الكاريكاتور السوري الدولي إلى إدارة مهرجان فري كارتونز في الصين الذي تضمّن  رسائل الاستياء  من فنانين عالميين بسبب التأخير في إعلان نتائج المهرجان، فقد نشر الموقع  توضيحًا من مديره جيانغ لودينع  جاء فيه 

أصدقاؤنا رسامو الكاريكاتير والمشاركون الأعزاء،

نكتب إليكم لنقدم لكم اعتذارنا الصادق عن التأخير في إعلان النتائج وإرسال الشهادات خلال السنوات القليلة الماضية. نقدر لكم ملاحظاتكم الصادقة ونتحمل كامل المسؤولية عن الإزعاج والإحباط الذي سببه هذا الأمر. نأسف بشدة لأن تقصيرنا في تقديم التحديثات في الوقت المناسب قد أثر سلبًا على روح المسابقة وأضر بثقتكم في موقع FreeCartoonsWeb. لا يوجد أي مبرر لهذا التأخير.

ولمعالجة هذا الأمر، سنطبق التغييرات التالية بدءًا من مهرجان هذا العام:

نتائج أسرع: سنضمن إعلان نتائج المسابقة فور انتهاء فترة التقديم. شهادات رقمية فورية: سيتم إرسال شهادات PDF والكتالوجات الرقمية إلى الفائزين فور نشر النتائج.

نحن ملتزمون تمامًا بتطوير المسابقة. وملاحظاتكم البناءة القيّمة تدفعنا نحو التحسين. نعتز بهذا المهرجان ونسعى جاهدين لاستعادة ثقتكم به.

نرجو منكم بكل تواضع أن تسامحونا وأن تمنحونا فرصة استعادة ثقتكم. إن مشاركتكم ودعمكم  يعنيان لنا الكثير.

An Apology from FreeCartoonsWeb

Dear Cartoonist Friends and Participants,

We are writing to extend our sincere apologies for the delays in announcing results and sending certificates over the past few years. We truly appreciate your honest feedback and take full responsibility for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused.

We deeply regret that our failure to provide timely updates has undermined the spirit of the competition and damaged your trust in FCW. There is no justification for these delays.

To address this, we are implementing the following changes starting with this year’s festival:

Faster Results: We will ensure that competition results are announced promptly after the submission period ends.

Timely Digital Certificates: PDF certificates and digital catalogues will be sent to winners immediately after the results are published.

We are fully committed to reforming the competition process. Your criticism is a valuable gift that drives us to improve. We truly cherish this festival and are dedicated to restoring your confidence in it.  We humbly ask for your forgiveness and the chance to regain your trust. Your continued participation and support mean a great deal to us.
