تنويه من بيت الكاريكاتير العراقي نود إعلامكم بأنه بعد المراجعة الفنية والتنظيمية للمشاركات، تبيّن أن أحد الأعمال الفائزة قد شارك سابقًا في مسابقة أخرى، وهو ما يتعارض مع أحد الشروط الأساسية للمسابقة. وبناءً على ذلك، وبكل احترام وتقدير للمجهود الفني المقدم، تم سحب العمل من قائمة الفائزين. وقد تم تأهيل الرسوم التالية إلى المراتب النهائية:
