3. COMPETITION THEMES
I) "LET’S USE WATER CAREFULLY, OUR SOURCE OF LIFE"
• Water Recycling
• Alternative Water Sources
• Efficient Use of Water Resources
• Rain Harvesting Systems
• City and Water
• Dams
• Saving on Water
etc.

4. CATEGORIES
• ADULTS CATEGORY: AGES 17 AND OVER
• YOUNGS CATEGORY: AGES 16 AND UNDER
5. TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
• This cartoon contest is open to all amateur and professional world artists.
• Drawing technique is free.
• A maximum of three (3) cartoons related to the topic “Let's Use Water, Our Source of Life Carefully” can be sent.
• A maximum of three (3) Works related to the subject of “Cemal Nadir Güler Caricature” can be sent.
• Cartoons must be in 300 dpi resolution, "scanned" and "jpeg" format, with a maximum size of 3 MB.
• Works should be sent via e-mail to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
• The artists must clearly write their personal informations (Name, Surname, Age, Contact Address, Country, e-mail and Telephone Number) in the participation e-mail.
• Deadline for Participation to the cartoon contest is: 31/12/2021 – 23.59
• The finalist cartoons will be announced to the public from the internet address for similar, copy and stolen
objections.
• The selection committees’ first degree relatives can not participate to the contest.

8. NOTIFICATIONS
• Allt he cartoons sent to the competition, whether they receive an award or not, can be printed and used by the organizer (As Poster, Book, Album, e-Album, Card, Postcard, Invitation, Calendar, Brochure, Exhibition, etc.). They can be published on the Internet. Apart from this, all publishing rights of cartoon works belong to the artists.
• Sent cartoons may have been published before, but should not have received an award in another competition. All cartoons have to be signed by the artists.
• Cartoons that do not comply with the items specified in the participation conditions, will be eleminated.
• Inparticular, the cartoons must be of the desired resolution and must be scanned. Cartoons submitted with low resolution or as photographs will be eliminated.
• Every artist who submits works to the competition will be deemed to have accepted all these conditions.
