RULES

 Jury
The noble jury members of the competition consisted of caricatureists Eray Özbek, Cemalettin Güzeloğlu, Ömer Çam and Kutay Bilgihan Atabay, President of CAT Autism Association, Serap Dikmen and sociologist Buse Yücel Kaba. Tolga Uçar from Izmir Metropolitan Municipality Department of Disabled Studies was the rapporteur of the competition.
