On the occasion of 5th May, World Cartoonists Day Yuva Samajik Sanstha and Cartoonists Combine organising the 3th Pune International Cartoon Festival in India.
Cartoonists from world over are invited to participiate in this event by sending their cartoons.
Theme: Cartoons based on World War, Inflation, Political, Social, Educational, Environmental issues, Superstition, Fake Godmen, and other contemporary subjects.
