Over 70 artists from 4 continents are taking part in this year’s edition of the prestigious Biennial “Masters of Caricature”, hosted by the Regional Ethnographic Museum – Plovdiv, in partnership with the University of Agribusiness and Rural Development.
The theme? 🍷❤️ “Wine and Love. Love and Wine.”
A timeless duo – intoxicating, romantic, and full of humorous twists!
More than 200 original caricatures from countries like Brazil, Argentina, Portugal, China, Indonesia, Syria, Uzbekistan, and many more are featured in the official competition and exhibition.
🏆 At the grand opening, five of the best artists will be awarded honorary statuettes, along with the special UARD award.
🔔 New this year: The honorary title “Bash Maystor” (Master of Masters) will be awarded for the first time – and goes to Irien Trendafilov from the Plovdiv Cartoonists’ Association. He also receives an invitation for a solo exhibition at the Museum in 2026.
🖼️ The top works will be on display until the end of October in the main hall of REM – Plovdiv. Don’t miss this vibrant and witty celebration of art, wine, and love!

🎨🌍 بينالي “روّاد الكاريكاتير” الدولي الثالث عشر في بلوفديف!
📅 الافتتاح: ١ أكتوبر، الساعة ٦ مساءً
📍 المتحف الإثنوغرافي الإقليمي – بلوفديف
يشارك أكثر من ٧٠ فنانًا من أربع قارات في نسخة هذا العام من بينالي “روّاد الكاريكاتير” المرموق، الذي يستضيفه المتحف الإثنوغرافي الإقليمي – بلوفديف، بالشراكة مع جامعة الأعمال الزراعية والتنمية الريفية.

 يُعرض في المسابقة والمعرض الرسمي أكثر من ٢٠٠ رسم كاريكاتوري أصلي من دول مثل البرازيل، والأرجنتين، والبرتغال، والصين، وإندونيسيا، وسوريا، وأوزبكستان، وغيرها الكثير.
🏆 في الافتتاح الكبير، سيُمنح خمسة من أفضل الفنانين ميداليات فخرية، بالإضافة إلى جائزة UARD الخاصة.
🔔 جديد هذا العام: سيُمنح لقب “باش مايستور” (أستاذ الأساتذة) الفخري لأول مرة، وسيُمنح لإيرين تريندافيلوف من جمعية رسامي الكاريكاتير في بلوفديف. كما سيتلقى دعوةً لحضور معرض فردي في المتحف عام ٢٠٢٦.
🖼️ ستُعرض أفضل الأعمال حتى نهاية أكتوبر في القاعة الرئيسية لمتحف REM في بلوفديف. لا تفوّتوا هذا الاحتفال النابض بالحياة والفكاهة بالفن والنبيذ والحب!
