وكالعادة، لا خبر ولاجواب ولاجوائز..كحال بعض المسابقات الدولية الوضيعة .

Dear sir!
In November, it is exactly one year since we learned that we received the Second Prizes at the cartoon competition in the city of Volta Redonda in Brazil.
We are an artist from Berdyansk (Ukraine) Sergey Semendyayev and I, Alexander Dubovsky, also from Ukraine.
We keep correspondence where we are promised each (! !!) pay the prize money a week,
but now it’s been exactly a year that they’re just fooling us:
