This second edition, titled “IMHO: perspective on the facts”, was dedicated to #sentiment, the main theme of Pisa Internet Festival 2017. The Jury was composed by: Gianfranco Tartaglia, aka Passepartout, well known italian cartoonist; Luca Garonzi, the winner of the 2016 edition; Luisella Scheggia, director of the satirical group “Arsenale K”; the art academy “Scuola Internazionale di Comics.
The prizegiving ceremony was presented by Franz Papasogli, founder of the project, Passepartout and the actress and satirical author Lucilla Masini.
During the prizegiving ceremony was announced the start of the international project “Satire is surfing: Community Border” that it will retake, as a serie of exhibitions and contests, the theme of the immigration and integration of different cultures in three states at the border of the european community: Italy, Greece and Bulgaria.
During the Internet Festival 2017, the cartoons of the previous edition (Satire is Surfing: With the tide in the Mediterranean Sea) were the content of the exhibition hosted by the University of Pisa Congress center “Le Benedettine”.
