Contents Of The Contest:
The contest provides a made individually cartoons, comics (with words and without words) representing a satirical or comic figure in any style on New year topic.
Participants:
Adult section:
Professional artists and Amateurs
Children’s section:
Participants of the Contest may be children under the age of 17.

Competition in the children’s section is held in three age groups:
– up to 9 years;
– from 10 to 12 years;
– from 13 to 17 years.

The organizing Committee of the Contest:
– elaboration of the regulation on the Competition,
– takes the contest works
– register participants of the Competition,
– forms of the Jury, exercising estimate competitive works and determines the winners of the Competition,
– organizes the Competition, an Exhibition of the best works of the award winners.

Terms of the Contest:
Competitive works are accepted till 15december 2014.
Summing up will be held on 20 December 2014.

Contest procedure:

1. The number of pictures taken into consideration, from one participant is not limited.
Contest winners will be awarded diplomas and special prizes.
The best cartoons, selected by the organizing Committee will be presented at the Exhibition that will be held 25.12.2013 – 15.01.2014в Snezhinsk and г.Озерске .
The jury determines the winners in each section(adult and pediatric)
The format of the works provided for the contest:A4
Technique of drawing free.
Mail sent at the address: n-chern@bk.ru and contains a competitive figure, is the application for participation in the Competition.
Competitive figure should be submitted electronically in the format JPG with a volume not more 3MV, with resolution not less than 300 dpi.
Each letter should be accompanied by a brief information about the author of the bankruptcy of the picture: the surname and name, age, phone number, postal and e-mail contact address, brief resume of the author.

the originality of the approach to it, and creative personality.

Conditions of participation:
· Not be permitted to participate in the Contest and are not considered collective and anonymous figures, does not contain information about bidder.

· Unacceptable infringement of copyright.
· Correspondence with authors is conducted at: n-chern@bk.ru
· In case of violation of the Terms and Provisions of the competition – cartoons removed c competition without explanation.
· Cartoons participants can be used by organizers of competition for exhibitions, publications in mass media, promotion competitions cartoons site.
· Submission of the authors of their works for participation in the competition means his consent to these terms.
· In case of obvious repetitions among the works submitted to the competition and posted on the website, making a final decision about the cartoon is imposed on the jury.
