The International Cartoon Festival on “Money and Capital” is organized with the aim of presenting a creative, critical, and thoughtful perspective on the role of money and capital in modern human life.

This event invites artists to address various aspects of this phenomenon through the humorous and visual language of cartoon art — from the influence of money on personal and social relationships to the challenges of the banking system and capital security, from the diversity of investment paths and the fluctuations of financial and crypto markets to the role of investment in economic growth and export development.

The main goal of this contest is to portray the multifaceted nature of the concept of capital in today’s world, where the artist’s vision can serve as a bridge between awareness, critique, and inspiration toward building a more conscious future.

Subtopics:

-Types of investment and financial growth
-Stock exchange and financial markets
-Cryptocurrency markets
-The role of investment in export development

Regulations:
– All professional and amateur artists of any age from around the world may participate.
Each participant may submit up to 5 artworks.
Participants must fill out the entry form and upload their works via the official website: www.mocacartoonfest.com

The works must be in JPG format, 300 dpi resolution, with a maximum size of A3 and file size not exceeding 8 MB.

Please note that registration is only available through the official website. To submit cartoons, use the “Submit” option in the top menu.

Non-digital (hand-drawn) works must be scanned and submitted according to the same specifications in Article 3.
Submitted works may have been previously published but must not have received awards in any other competition (national or international).
Works containing plagiarism or any kind of copying will be disqualified.
The use of artificial intelligence in producing artworks is strictly prohibited. Any violation will lead to disqualification.
Participants grant the organizers the right to use their submitted works for promotional and cultural purposes.
Submission of artworks implies full acceptance of all terms and conditions.
Each participant whose work is published in the contest catalog will receive a PDF version.

Awards:
First Prize: Trophy, Honorary Diploma, and €500
Second Prize: Trophy, Honorary Diploma, and €400
Third Prize: Trophy, Honorary Diploma, and €300
Fourth to Sixth Prizes: Trophy, Honorary Diploma, and €200 each

Important Dates:
Deadline for submission: 24:00 (Iran time), Sunday, December 21, 2025
Judging: Wednesday, December 24, 2025
