Theme:Peace

Conditions:
-The first edition of Peace is Pop! Comics for Peace is open to comic book artists, illustrators, and cartoonists
-Works created using any technique are eligible, excluding the use of artificial intelligence systems
-Entries must be in PDF or JPG format in high quality (300 dpi)
-The theme of the competition is Peace, not simply the absence of war or an abstract concept, but as a concrete element of everyday life. It is the normality of every citizen of the world, achieved when human rights are respected
-War is the anomaly of life. Periods of Peace have been the most prosperous, characterized by great inventions. Peace requires intelligence, normality, irony, patience, and good will: it is true creativity and unleashes the highest capacity of the human being. The competing works must highlight these aspects, rejecting the concept of war as beautiful, inevitable, and necessary.
They must portray Peace as the most intelligent choice one can make
-The artists retain the copyright of their work. For the works selected as finalists, the authors grant the 46° Parallelo Association unlimited, non-exclusive rights to use them for the publication of the Atlas of World Wars and Conflicts, on the website www.atlanteguerre.it and in the ebooks, social media channels of the Atlante and the Piccolo Museo del Giocattolo, exhibitions, and related apps.

Prizes:
Three finalist works will be selected
The names of the finalist artists will be announced
on the website www.atlanteguerre.it on December 10, 2025. The first-place winner will receive €500 within 30 days of being announced.
The three finalist works will be published in the fourteenth
edition of the Atlas of World Wars and Conflicts
