RULES

Dear colleagues,

The 17th international cartoon exhibition OSKARfest has opened in the Osor Community Center (Town of Mali Lošinj).

203 authors from 53 countries are exhibiting works on the topic FAMOUS PERSONS ON A DESERT ISLAND.

The exhibition selectors, the winners of last year’s festival, Gergely Bacsa (Hungary), Taravat Niki (UK), Patrick Heymans (Belgium) and Emil Strniša (Croatia) are presented with a small solo exhibition.

Visitors vote for the best cartoons and win special prizes.

The exhibition, with a jury vote, will be open until the end of October 2025.

Opening hours in June and October are daily from 10 am to 3 pm,

July, August, September from 10 am to 2 pm and 7 pm to 10 pm, free entry.
