A – Participants
The competition is open to all cartoonists from all over the world, over 18 years of age, regardless of nationality, religion, gender and education.
B – Cartoons must be sent by E-mail to:

Only original works (maximum 5), in digital format, sent by E-mail are accepted.
Digital format: A4, 300 dpi, JPEG or TIFF (NOT PNG!)
Maximum size of each work: A3, (larger works will not be accepted).
Works must be accompanied by: name, physical address, E-mail, cartoonist’s photographs and a short CV (in PDF format).
Archived files (zip, rar, etc.) will NOT be accepted.
The cartoons must not have been previously awarded in other competitions. /
The works in physical format will be sent to the address:
Centre for Recovery and Regeneration – Ciuberele lui Solomon,
Săpânța locality, postal code 437305, Maramureș county
The works that pass the preselection will be published immediately on the portal
Peace Congress.
C – Awards and distinctions
First Prize – €300 (net)
Second Prize – €200 (net)
Third Prize – €150 (net)
Special Prize – €200 (net)
NOUL EDEN Prize – €200 (net)
ARKABASS Prize – €200 (net)
Surprise Prize – EDITURA MANTAUA lui GOGOL
10 diplomas of merit will also be awarded.
The exhibition will be traveling to locations in Romania and abroad
July 25, 2025 – award ceremony and opening of the exhibition in Săpânța, Maramureș County.
Contest participants will be able to download the catalog in PDF format from our portal.
D – Other conditions
The works will NOT be returned and will remain the property of the organizers.
The works will be included in the permanent exhibition and in the archive of the portal
Peace Congress.
By sending the works, the authors accept these rules.
