Several cartoonists have pointed out to us that, due to some restrictions existing in their countries, they cannot access the HumoDEVA rules and cannot upload their drawings on the website HumorPLA.NET, but they can receive emails.
For them we have put in this email the rules of the contest. The cartoons can be sent by email humodeva@gmail.com . Let’s hope they succeed, we wish them good luck.

THEME 2 – Free THEME: Your BEST CARTOONS Of 2021-2023 – max. 10 works
DEADLINE: 15 MAY 2023
ENTRIES: maximum 3 MB each, max. A3, JPG or PNG. The name of the cartoons, in English, must contain the entrant’s given name, family name, country, 3-4 keywords describing the work. Small letters, with comma or space between them. EXAMPLE: horia, crisan, romania, hunter, plane, dog
