International jury of KOZVAK BARIŞ MANÇO CARTOON COMPETITION has completed scoring work of 59 finalist cartoons. 15 cartoons has been selected for the first 15 degrees as mentioned below.
First ( the champion ), second and third degrees among this 15 cartoons will be declared during award ceremony of the competition.
