“Criticism and Insult” Seminar + SECOND MEETING OF CARTOON MUSEUM DIRECTORS 2010

النقد والإهانة في المؤتمر الدولي الثاني للكاريكاتور في تبريز
النقد والإهانة هما عنوان المؤتمر الدولي الثاني للكاريكاتور الذي أقيم في مدينة تبريز الإيرانية، وقد شارك فيه مجموعة من رسامي الكاريكاتور في العالم وبعض مديري متاحف الكرتون.
وقد ألقى الفنان السوري رائد خليل محاضرة عن الرسوم التي تسيء للمعتقدات والأديان ووجه كلامه إلى الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية وربيبتها الصهيونية وسعيهما الدائم لخلق الصراعات والنزاعات في المنطقة وحرف مسار تفكيرنا عن القضايا الهامة في تقرير المصير… وألقيت محاضرات أخرى للفنانين المشاركين على مدى أيام المؤتمر..

On Septembe 22, there was a seminar on “Criticism and Insult” with presence of foreign cartoonists in Tabriz. In this seminar, the differences between criticism and insult was discussed and the reasons leading to insult were analyzed.

Raed Khalil made the first speech and addressed western countries as the leading facts in condcting insults. Jamal Rahmati warned cartoonists to be aware of boundaries and sensibilities. Rahim Asghari as the third lecturer, mentioned anarchism as a consequence of insulting religions and beliefs.

Two other days after this seminar, Second Meeting o Cartoon Museum Directors 2010 was held. The book of this meeting was published and ready to deliver.
