The Opening of the Exhibition and the Awards and Commendations will take place on April 2.
The event will take place in a hybrid way. In the Hall there will be a limited number of guests with physical presence.
There will be a teleconference connection with other guests, the members of the Jury and the Cartoonists who will be awarded.
