Winners of EU – Work in Progress…” Digital Cartoons Project-2021

شارك في المسابقة المخصصة لرسامي الاتحاد الأوربي وغرب البلقان 72 رساماً من 25 دولة
وفاز كل من:
الجائزة الأولى – لوك ديشيمايكر ، بلجيكا
الجائزة الثانية – توسو بوركوفيتش ، صربيا
الجائزة الثالثة – ليفيو ستانيلا ، رومانيا
ونلاحظ أن هذه المشاركة تعد ضعيفة قياساً بالمسابقات الأخرى نظراً لتحجيم المشاركة بقارة واحدة فقط
وهذا يدل على أن الدول الأخرى هي التي تعطي زخماً وقيمة للمسابقات الأوربية

THIRD AWARD – Liviu STANILA, Romania

The international jury consisting of Kornelija KONESKA (Representative of the OSTEN World Gallery of Cartoons), Andrej VASILJEVIC (Representative of GOETHE-INSTITUT), and Norbert Van YEPRZEELE (External Consultant) – looked over more than 300 submitted cartoons by 72 cartoonists from 25 countries of EU and Western Balkan, selected 35 cartoonists, shortlisted 11 cartoonists as finalists and chose three awards.
The jury was guided by complying with the theme of the contest, originality, humor, and artistic expression in cartoons – as main criteria in the jurying process. Congratulations to all!…
