حول موضوع الصمت…اختارت اللجنة المنظمة 17 لوحة  مرشحة للفوز بجوائزها ، وجاءت الأعمال بعيدة عن موضوع المسابقة بكل دلالاته ..وبذلك تنضم هذه المسابقة إلى جوقة المسابقات الدولية الرديئة على المستويات كافة…
وتعاني بعض المسابقات الدولية الفقر الفكري، بدءاُ من اختيار لجان تحكيم مبتدئة وهاوية إلى نتائج كارثية
غير مقبولة وبعيدة عن مفهوم الكاريكاتور بكل تجلياته

We have 2021 competition short list of the finalists ready!
Before the official announcement of the 2021 Awards winners selected from the finalists we invite members of the public to review artworks from this year short list with the purpose to determine if any of submitted artwork repeats or copies previously published cartoons.
Should you notice any similar work, please, let the organizers know.
