What a strange competition!!!



How on earth did this happened!?
 Twelve Cartoonists out of the 30 official candidates to win the finals were honored!
 in X INTERNATIONAL CARICATURE CONTEST - MAGAZINE “NOSOROG” (“RHINOCERVS”)
Those above mentioned 12 honored cartoonists were neither included in the 30 candidates official list nor given the winning prize! But an honorary awards! I can't get it! Pardon me
Therefore the question is:
Why no one of the 30 candidates official list were awarded!? Even an honorary prize not a true winner's prize!
Another related question comes by: From where? And how came those 12 obsecure winners!?
What a pity! Unprofessional & unsuccessful competitions!
I'm deeply disappointed

مسابقة عجيبة وغريبة
وصل للنهائي 30 اسماً للتنافس على الجوائز الأولى والجوائز الخاصة
أعلنت النتائج بفوز 12 اسماً بشهادات شرفية وهذه الاسماء من خارج قائمة ال30 فناناً..!!!
ثم فاز 6 فنانين بجوائز خاصة و3 بالجوائز الأولى
والسؤال: من أين جاءت الجوائز الشرفيه وهي ليست ضمن قائمة المختارين30
