قال منظمو المسابقة الدولية للهجاء والكرتون السياسي إن 160 رسامأً من 44 دولة شاركوا فيها وحاولت المسابقة تذكير الناس بجمال الفن ومخاطر العاملين في حقل الصحافة
والمتابع للوحات الفائزة المختارة سيدرك أن أغلب المسابقات لم تعد ترتق للمستوى المطلوب فأغلب اللوحات صارت مكررة ومستهلكة
ولم يعد هذا الموضوع مستغرباً فقد اختلط الحابل بالنابل
An international contest of satirical cartoons, open to 160 artists from 44 different countries, is attempting to remind us of both the beauty of the art and the danger those who create it are facing.
The works of the 55 semifinalists and finalists of the international contest will be exhibited.
