Regulations for Participating in the Sample:
• The sample is open to cartoonists, illustrators, graphic designers, or anyone who wants to
participate.
• Participation consists of uploading a jpg image no larger than 2 MB, at 300 dpi, of the artistic
work you wish to enter, at http://dubacartoon.wspala.org, making sure to fill in all required spaces
on the registration form.
• Participating entries must meet the specifications described in these regulations.
• All participations are individual; no group participations will be accepted.
