Your interest for the contest this year overcome our expectations!
453 cartoonists from 69 countries around the world have applied with over 1280 cartoons for entering the 40.World Gallery of Cartoons – Skopje 2012!
The competition was very tough. The first selection was made by the representatives from OSTEN and the nominated Cartoonist of the Year 2010 in Macedonia –Dragan Popovski.
They selected 261 cartoonists and 296 cartoons that will go to the next level, where the international jury* will take over further selection.
They will probably have even harder assignment than those involved in the first selection..
