    All persons over the age of 16 can participate in this event. Anyone who participates in the event agrees to the terms and conditions of the regulations and the decisions of the jury.
    Participation is free.
    Deadline for entries is: Friday, January 31, 2025, midnight.Participation conditions
    A cartoon can consist of a single image or take the form of a short comic strip. No moving images are allowed.
    Maximum 5 entries per person in black and white or colour.
    All graphic and photographic techniques are permitted.
    The submitted works may already have been published or exhibited.
    The entrant remains responsible for the originality of his works.
    Discussions and any claims regarding all forms of plagiarism, etc., are the responsibility of the submitter.Publication rightBy participating the cartoonist agrees that the submitted cartoons will be used for an exhibition, video recordings and distribution via Humorratatata ‘s publications & social media . All works, including award-winning works, remain the property of the organizers and will not be returned.
The jury
The jury will only see the cartoons that correspond to the entries that meet the conditions listed under: ‘PARTICIPATION A/ and B/)’.

A professional jury consisting of cartoonists and representatives of our partners will judge the cartoons on the following criteria: artistic value, topicality and content (the theme: the madness of war in cartoons.
