First of all, thank you for your contribution in the Cartoonists Association.

As mentioned on your cartoon and humor website, the cartoons to be sent for the “42nd International Nasreddin Hodja Cartoon Contest” were required to be original.
Dear friend, I have been told that cartoon artists from various spots in the world would send their cartoons via electronic mail, due to the war, economic condition and irregular operation processes of mail companies in their countries.
Pursuant to a decision adopted by the Organization Committee of the “42nd International Nasreddin Hodja Cartoon Contest”, it has been agreed that the cartoonists who are planning to send cartoons for the contest can send their works either in their original format or by electronic mail, as they wish.
Dear friend, we would be pleased if you can publish the new specifications for the “42nd International Nasreddin Hodja Cartoon Contest” on your website, instead of the older one.
