The presentation of cartoons in the competition for the Niko Nikolla International Caricature Biennale successfully concluded. Over 75 countries from all over the world participated. Due to the extraordinary interest the board postponed the deadline for the submission of cartoons from September 4 to September 10! We thank all the collaborators for participating in this activity that will take place from December 1-4 in Tirana and Pogradec with guaranteed success!
