RULES

While cartoons for the second international Cartoon biannual Niko Nikolla continue to come from all over the world, we are pleased to announce that so far 70 countries have submitted their beautiful and meaningful works.
The deadline for submitting was today.

Given such a tremendous interest and participation, the board decided to postpone to deadline till September 10th 2022.

Niko Nikolla International Caricature Biennale put Albania for the first time in the world cartoon map.

We are so amazed by this extraordinary interest and participation and we thank all the artists for the wonderful works that they have submitted, the members of the selection committee and the board.
