Theme: New Sources of Power (gas, electricity, wind, water, etc)

– Number of Works: Max. 7 works.
– Each cartoon should carry the name and address of the author backside of the paper. You also have to fill the entry form with the works.
– Originls as well as computer prints, screen prints or good quality copies are welcome
– The size of the cartoon should not exceed A4

– The works received will be insured by the organizers, equal to the value indicated by the cartoonist on the entry-form.
If the value of the cartoon is not indicated, original works will be insured for 40 Euro each
