THE WINNERS
In the fifth edition of the Artist Festival,
4784 works from 1250 artists from 65 countries
in three formats; Cartoons, posters and photos reached the festival secretariat.

Cartoon section:

-Alexander Shmidt – Russia
-Oleg Loktyev – Ukraine
-Esmaeil Babaei – Iran
-Mojmir Mihatov – Croatia
-Wang Shanghai – China

JURY: Cartoon section:
Bahram Arjmandnia from Iran, Xiao Qiang Ho from China, Isabella Kowalska Weizrock from Poland, Vladimir Kazanowski from Ukraine and Seyran Caferli from Azerbaijan

It should be noted that Ali Reza Attariani from Iran, Hitoshi Miura from Japan, and Raed Khalil from Syria were the executive secretaries of the fifth Artonist Festival.
