THE „SMILING CITY” CONTEST
Upon the occasion of the International Festival for Satirical Graphics and Humorous Literature „Humour in … Gura Humorului”,
the 31^st edition, the Town Hall of Gura Humorului organizes a special satirical graphics contest.

Contest rules:

• Subject: „Smiling City”
• The participants must submit a satirical graphic work
• The work must be created after the 1^st of January 2021, and it must be unpublished and unrewarded within other contests.
• Special Prize: 150 euros.
• The works must be sent at the following e-mail address:
  muzeu@primariagurahumorului.ro
  until the 22^nd /7/ 2021.
• The works will not be given back to their owners, as they are part of the heritage of the International Festival for Satirical Graphics and Humorous Literature „Humour in … Gura Humorului” and the organizers reserve the right to use them in later edited materials.
