RULES

Winners of the 2nd International Cartoon Competition organized by our Mugla Metropolitan Municipality – Turkey 2021
667 authors from 58 countries participated with 2,247 cartoons in the 2nd international cartoon competition, organized by Mugla Metropolitan Municipality and the theme of which was determined as “pandemic-COVID-19” this year.
The jury members of the international cartoon competition themed ‘pandemic-COVID-19’ organized by the Metropolitan Municipality evaluated 2,247 cartoons.
Famous cartoonists GLirbLiz Dogan Ek*ioglu, 5evket Yalaz, Sait Munzur, Abdulkadir Uslu, Mehmet Selcuk and humorist Sava* Onlii took part in the jury.
